    TRX is a great method of functional training for all fitness levels. Clients will use the suspension trainer and their own body weight to perform different exercises for all muscle groups controlling the intensity by adjusting their body position and angle. This class brings the mind, body, and spirit together with isometric, balance, and leg strengthening exercises. Movements are executed slowly and precisely to learn proper body alignment.
